We believe in open, authentic working relationships with our clients, and outside-of-the-box thinking and clinical approaches to your rehabilitation journey. Bump Physio & Co offers an entire range of physio services. We’re here for every stage, for every person. Our team specializes in pelvic floor physiotherapy, orthopedics, prenatal and postpartum physiotherapy, clinical pilates, and C-section rehabilitation.

Supporting Community

At Bump, community is at the heart of who we are, and what we do. We recognize that having access to excellent prenatal, postpartum, and pelvic floor care is a luxury, and one that some families just can’t afford. We want to do better to support our community, which is why we have decided to set up a fund to provide free pelvic health services, as well as the required products for successful treatment to eligible applicants.

Client Stories

  • I attended Bump Physio to have pain in my shoulder, arm and neck evaluated. I had been experiencing this pain for a couple of months and traditional home remedies were not successful. My experience with Bump Physio from the initial meeting with the receptionist to the completion of my treatment was first class – an extremely friendly, competent and professional team. Thank you.

  • I have seen three different pelvic floor physiotherapists after each of my three pregnancies, and BY FAR my best, most complete and holistic experience has been at Bump. I could not recommend them more highly. They are the best at what they do, and every woman deserves care like this.

  • Thanks to the Bump Physio team, I am now able to take care of my growing baby and enjoy my pre-pregnancy lifestyle without any discomfort or pain. The team was so caring and understanding. Sometimes I feel like I am there for therapy, not just for physical recovery. I highly recommend Bump Physio for your postpartum recovery!

  • Whether you are pregnant, postpartum, or just in need of a really great physio… these ladies are awesome! I was so impressed with the amount of value they packed into one session! From breath work, to stretches, perineal massage, how to push during birth, and even different positions to try that are easier on the pelvic floor. They gave me so much information and helped me feel confident during late pregnancy, and now postpartum. Highly recommend!

  • This is going to be a long review because Bump Physio deserves 1000 stars. I have been going to Bump Physio & Co since about 8 weeks postpartum. Let me tell you, I wish I had known to go during pregnancy! My first pelvic floor Physio experience was completely different than with Bump. I’ve never felt uncomfortable or embarrassed to talk about anything that is bothering me because the team makes me feel very comfortable and heard. Everything they have taught me has made me passionate about sharing the importance of a healthy pelvic floor with my other mama and nurse friends. I highly recommend the Bump team. It’s worth the drive from wherever you are!

  • I went with questions around “common” issues of menopause (UTI, prolapse) and I can’t believe how much I’ve learned about my pelvic floor in only two sessions. I am confident that I am learning things that will help keep me healthy during aging, even the correct way to pee (who knew? nobody ever taught me that before). Such an important part of our bodies that we are often embarrassed to talk about and many suffer in silence with things that can be improved.  I am so grateful that I found this valuable service.
