Our small group fitness classes and private Pilates sessions provide you with more opportunities to stay active under the expert guidance of our resident kinesiologists!

Our group fitness classes are designed to cater to all fitness & movement levels, ensuring that everyone (yes, even you!) can participate in and benefit from professional instruction.

Beyond enhancing your fitness journey, our group classes foster a strong sense of connection and community.  Exercising with others provides motivation, accountability, and the chance to form long lasting friendships with like-minded individuals.

Whether you’re looking to boost your strength, improve flexibility, meet a new friend, or simply enjoy a fun and grounding workout, there’s something for everyone.

  • Immerse yourself in a relaxing experience that combines deep stretching, targeted muscle release and mindful breathing techniques.  This small group fitness class is perfect for all fitness levels, this intimate class complements any fitness and movement routine by:

    • Enhancing flexibility
    • Alleviating tension
    • Promoting overall well-being

    Join us as we create a tranquil space for you to nurture your mind and unwind before bed.  Escape the demands of the day and dedicate one hour to deep relaxation and self-care.  You’ll be happy you did!

    All with our dynamic, mat Pilates classes! Through the use of traditional mat and contemporary exercises, this group fitness class incorporates various props (including the Pilates ring, circles, bands and mini balls) to maximize your workout.

    Build strength and flexibility while tuning into your body and connecting with your breath. No previous experience?  No problem!  All levels are encouraged to join us for a fun and supported workout lead by a certified Pilates instructor.

  • Are you looking for a low cost option to see one of our registered Kinesiologists? We’ve created open drop in gym times for you to be able to regularly access our registered kinesiologists and utilize our gym equipment. During these sessions, you can have our kinesiologist:

    • Review your exercise plan
    • Provide feedback on your form, mechanics to maximize effectiveness
    • Provide overall general support for your movement program

    Please note, drop in times are not 1-1. Other (lovely!) clients may be working with the kinesiologist along side you.

Private sessions

  • Pilates techniques focus on breath, core strengthening, balance, and flexibility. Using breath and movement-based exercises, we aim to help you gain a new awareness of your self, as well as build strength, coordination, control, and most importantly, improve your quality of movement. These 1-1 sessions are led by a registered kinesiologist or pilates instructor.

  • Interested in doing pilates with a friend? These 2-1 sessions are a great option for you to workout with your partner, bestie or get to know another client of the clinic at a lower cost than our 1-1 Kin led Pilates offerings.

  • Our personal training services are available to help you reach your fitness goals. These sessions are designed to push you outside of your comfort zone and challenge you. If you are looking to rehabilitate an injury, our exercise rehabilitation services are for you.

  • Are you looking for a low cost option to see one of our Kinesiologists? We’ve created open drop in gym times for you to be able to touch base with our kinesiologists, review your exercise plan, have them provide feedback on your form, body mechanics and generally provide support for your movement program. Please note, dop in times are not 1-1. Other clients may be working with the kinesiologist alongside you.
