Parenting can be both incredibly rewarding and intensely challenging. Bump’s Thrive Circle is a compassionate, judgment-free space designed to support parents through the beautiful and complex journey of pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting.
Led by a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) specializing in perinatal mental health and parenting support—and a mom of three herself—this group offers a warm, welcoming environment where parents can connect, share experiences, and find camaraderie.
Who is this for?
Bump’s Thrive Circle is for ALL parents, regardless of where you are in your parenting journey:
- New parents navigating the postpartum period
- Parents of young children seeking community and guidance
- Anyone feeling overwhelmed, isolated, in need of support, or just looking for a social outlet
