At Bump Physio & Co, we offer personalized fitness training with a core and pelvic floor focus using a variety of strength and conditioning movements.  Many women express concern over what is appropriate in exercise when pregnant or addressing pelvic floor related issues.  We want to empower women to eliminate the concern or fear of exercise, embrace movement, and enjoy a positive quality of life.
