Registered Interim Physiotherapist
Hello! My name is Kim. Born in BC but raised in Ontario, I am happy to call BC my home again. I completed my Master’s of Physical Therapy at Western University after receiving my Bachelor’s of Health Sciences (go Mustang’s!). Movement has always been an integral part in my life, helping me feel close to friends, family and my community. But it was during my schooling that I cultivated a passion for helping others to live healthy, well, and fulfilling lives and learnt the tools to empower others to do so. Having sustained numerous injuries myself, I understand firsthand the impact that being sidelined can have - mentally, physically, and socially - in the many parts of our lives. I will work with you, with you as the driver and me as your guide, to get back to doing the things that you love. I am dedicated to creating a safe space in which we can meet your pelvic health goals and talk about all things pelvic floor. My interest in pelvic health began when I studied under my first physiotherapy mentor. I witnessed the incredible impact her guidance and treatment had on her client. I was moved to delve into this area of practice and am grateful to be a part of a team of hardworking, caring, and passionate individuals at Bump. I am a strong believer in supporting women in their pre and post natal journeys so they can feel and move confidently in their day to day lives.

In my downtime, you can find me trail running in the North Shore, winding down in a yoga class, or planning my next travel adventure. As well, baked goods are my weakness so all discussions and recommendations for pastries are strong encouraged!
