I completed my Masters of Physical Therapy at the University of Sydney in 2013 after obtaining my Bachelor of Kinesiology degree at SFU. Prior to becoming a Physiotherapist, I worked as a Kinesiologist, where I gained experience with prescribing exercises and addressing movement patterns. My passion for traveling and learning led me to study Physiotherapy in Australia. Running is my passion and endurance training is my therapy. I have completed numerous half-marathons, marathons, and some sprint triathlons.

My interest in Women's health sparked when I was a young girl watching my mom suffer from gynecological issues. I wanted to learn more and help more women which led me to get certified in Pelvic Floor Rehab with UroSantἐ in 2016.  I am passionate about lifelong learning and have completed numerous post-graduate courses in manual therapy, acupuncture, and dry needling. I completed the Connect Therapy™ Series and Thoracic Ring Approach with Dr. Linda Joy Lee which involves whole-body assessment, finding the drivers of dysfunction, and treating the whole person.

The body and mind are interconnected and I strive to create a safe space for people to talk about their pelvic health. I believe strongly in listening to my clients, providing hands-on treatment with a focus on education, active exercise, and treating the root cause of the problem. Recently, I trained with Calibrate Pilates, a Pilates training program for Rehabilitation professionals. I enjoy integrating Pilates-based exercises into my practice to help clients move with more ease, build a stronger foundation and create more body awareness.

As a new mom, I was lucky to have a very positive birthing experience. Our bodies and mind go through an amazing transformation. My goal is to provide women with the confidence and knowledge to trust their bodies during the journey of pregnancy, birth, and motherhood. I want to empower women to understand their bodies and help women transition through different stages of life: Bump and beyond and to return to the things that they LOVE to do. I am excited to join the awesome team at BUMP supporting other women.
