COVID-19 Policies & Procedures

Be Prepared

  • Complete all online paperwork (intake form, pelvic health questionnaire, direct billing forms)

  • Complete Jane Covid screening survey emailed 24 hours prior to your visit. 

  • Bring a mask. If you forget your mask, we have them available for purchase for $2. Proceeds go to charity. 

  • For exercise rehab, please bring a mask and yoga mat.

  • Wear comfortable clothing specific to the area being treated.

  • Please, if possible leave all other family members home. Only non-mobile children are permitted as necessary

When You Arrive

  • NEW CLIENTS* Please arrive 5 minutes early to complete your paperwork

  • Returning Clients: Please come inside AT your appointment time. NO Earlier or Later

  • Sanitize your hands after entering.

  • Client Care will confirm there have been no changes to your health since completing the Covid screening questions. 

  • ALL clients will be required to sign a consent form to receive in-person services during COVID-19.

  • New Clients, will be asked to sign a Physiotherapy consent form

  • Your Therapist will greet you and take you to a private room.

During Your Appointment

  • Mask Must be worn at all times inside the clinic

  • Your Therapist may also be wearing gloves and eye protection for some procedures.

  • Washroom access: Single Client use, please follow the hand hygiene instructions posted.

When You Leave

  • Follow-up appointments can be booked with your therapist or client care team.

  • Payments: Direct billing,e-transfers, or credit card on file. No Cash, please

  • All invoices and payments will be electronic.

  • Products: Contactless pick-up and payment.
